I’ve ordered from them 3 times and love the food. My favorite is Mapo Tofu. However, each time they forgot something that I ordered. Today they forgot my spring roll and pork fried rice, which was going to be my lunch tomorrow. It’s a bummer because I want to keep ordering but missing an item all 3 times I’ve ordered just isn’t acceptable. Again I love the food, so I’m going to give it a try again, but if this happens again I’ll have to stop ordering. Please double check that all items are in the bag.

The food was good. The chicken was a little harder then what I'm used to but it wasn't bad. The noodles were different as well. They were thinner and maybe over cooked a little bit but it wasn't the worse. The fried rice was a bit lighter then I'm used to but the kids didn't complain 😁. Every place has their own way of cooking. It wasn't bad food. Definitely will order from them again

First time trying TRB, and can say it's unlike the rest. The General Tso sauce was insanely good, and they didn't hold back with using it..which leaves some for the rice. The chicken was crispy and cooked so well. Not dry or lacking the meat. Just perfect.
Only thing I would say I would change is the egg roll. Which was to oily in my opinion. Other than that, the food was fantastic.

If you’re a DoorDash driver they make you wait in an alley behind the store for the food. They have a Google voice number for you to call and they bring the food out. They only answer the Google voice number half the time. Last night while waiting for the food to be brought out to me a man came up to me asking if he could use me phone. When I said no he got angry and drew a knife on me. I have part of the crime happening on my dashcam, the rice box said they have “6 cameras” in the back where this happened and said that when they watched the film they saw “no knife”. I have the manager saying that on video as well. My dashcam footage shows the criminal putting the knife back in his pocket. This whole ordeal has been handled so poorly by the rice box.

For DoorDash drivers they make you sit outside and wait for the orders in a dangerous part of the city. It’s in a back alley too, great for getting robbed. They make you call a number they have posted which Brings you to a Google voice number that they don’t answer.

The best Chinese Food I have had in a while. Everything is FRESH. I have ordered from this restaurant multiple times and never received sad, overcooked broccoli. Sauces are on point and those shrimp spring rolls? Mmm, crispy AF and so delicious.

I ordered by Grubhub. The food came quickly but, the dumplings were over done/ burnt. I also ordered lo main that had a char flavor to it.It was my first time ordering and I will say I was a little disappointed. The portions are great, but I don't want to eat a bunch of burnt food. I would eat my own cooking lol.But for being in a pinch and not having any lunch to eat ... it was something.
