From someone who used to work at Tim Hortons 10years ago… I’ve definitely seen a decline on the size and quality of the food. The biscuits for example; are still delicious. But a lot smaller than what I used to make sandwiches on. My coffee was also made incorrectly. .30 extra cents for a half a pump of mocha which I don’t even taste in my coffee.

The girl at the counter was extremely rude, and she should not be in customer service. I did not buy any food from this place because of poor customer service.

I ordered my coffee 30 minutes before I went there and they still didn’t have it done. Said that they didn’t see it on the system. They didn’t put any syrups or anything in it. I had paid for oat-milk, extra syrups and cane sugar. They didn’t talk to me and just made the coffee and put it down and that was it.

There is a reason Tim Hortons left this area with stand alone locations…

I gotta say, as a new mom and a former barista I've been ordering coffee for delivery much more often in the past year than I ever have before. (And would like to admit!)
This location seriously never disappoints and beats out other establishments by far in the area though, at least in terms of delivery. Can't speak for in-person service, but super impressed.
Drinks are always beautifully done and the available flavors are always different from other coffee places as well. Maple cinnamon cold brew I just got is phenomenal.
Thank y'all! ???❤

We stood at the counter two workers looked at us and didn't even acknowledge us. After saying excuse and the worker turning his head away from us we walked out. Terrible service

I absolutely love Tim Hortons. I'm a regular customer. But lately each day, it's out of large wraps, out of eggs, out of bacon, out of ciabata rolls, etc. It shouldn't be a 10 min wait because the employees aren't thinking ahead before they run out. Yesterday the regular coffee was out, due to a broken coffee maker and the cashier said she could brew coffee in another coffee maker because she didn't want to break it. Huh? When the manager is on, the place is running tip top and efficient. I hope this can be addressed before the only Syracuse Tim Hortons goes under
When this place originally opened, I thought it was a nice change to have a place selling coffee offer something other than promoting donuts as their primary products on the menu. They had a lot better selection of bake goods and breakfast sandwiches, and also served lunch and dinner items. It's too bad they didn't last longer than they did. It is also not in a bad location for convenience with a carwash and gas station.

I come here all the time. I never eat here. The attitude of people at this place suck. Including the blonde today cashing me out, gave me an attitude and rolled her eyes all because I chose to change my drink? Come on, you work in customer service. Get over it. I said thank you, yes ma'am and no ma'am. And I am the issue for you to treat me with disrespect? Okay. Get a new job then.
