Although the prices are a bit high, the quality of their cakes, pastries, cream puffs, donuts, and savories are excellent. This bakery is part of a chain with this store being the only one in Syracuse. I was told that the baked goods were made on site. Although the name of the bakery implies that it is French, it appears to be Asian / French fusion.

Ahhh I love this place. I always try to go if I’m passing through. Their cakes are so lovely, I’ve never had one but their other baked goods are delicious so I assume the cakes are too. They’re like art. The bubble tea is the best I’ve had anywhere. Love this place.
Parking: I’ve never had a problem parking here. There’s an awning too so when it’s raining you can walk in from your car without getting wet
Wheelchair accessibility: The entrance is just a regular door that you go through and then immediately another door at a different angle, so not super easy but doable.

It's a very weird place. Couldn't use the restroom because it was out of order but it was the same way when I went back weeks later. The food was good but the service is terribly slow and unfriendly. There were signs on the table that said you can't sit there for more than an hour. Another sign that said not to squeeze the breads. Just a very odd place but I went back because the cakes were good.
Wheelchair accessibility: Too small of a place for wheelchairs
Adore this bakery, almost nothing like it in town. Staff is always polite, friendly and fast. Very comfy to pop in for a quick purchase or to sit and eat for a while. I'd visit everyday if I could.
Definitely stop in earlier in the day whenever possible, stuff sells out quickly (for a good reason, it's insanely good!)

This bakery is one of the best for my wife and I. We stopped by here as much as we could because we are about 1.5 hours away. I'm pretty sure we have tried about 80% of the bakery goods/drinks and have not been disappointed since the discovery of his gem. We always have a great experience at the bakery and the service is amazing also.
Food is okay but service is awful. They heated up my pastry in plastic, they have time limits for seating, and overall a bad atmosphere.

Loved this cute little bakery! Everything was made fresh the day of and we tried an assortment of treats. The boba lattes were also unique and delicious!
Good food - pricey though. My egg and cheese croissant used American cheese?? Not hugely opposed to that, but unusual and not preferable.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this location. I accidentally purchased the wrong cake and immediately requested to exchange it for another, but the staff refused, citing their system’s inability to process changes. The cake was untouched, yet they were unwilling to accommodate even a simple request. This lack of flexibility and poor customer service has left a very bad impression. I won’t be returning, and I can’t recommend this place to anyone who values good service.
