Tully's Good Times Erie Blvd.

We had an issue recently with the take out service at Tullys in Fairmount which was a rare occurrence. The food is always consistent and service prompt. I felt it was important to share my experience with management as I knew it was not typical of this location. I was called by Allen the manager who had been a friendly face for years. He was very apologetic of the situation and appreciative of my feedback, he wanted to make it right and advised me to ask for him when we decided to dine in again. We went on a typical busy Friday night. We’ were greeted and almost immediately sat. Before our meals touched the table he came over to advise me that one of our meals was on him as a courtesy. Allen is an important part of the Tullys family and the Fairmount location. He is always friendly and cares that his customers leave satisfied. The food was nothing less than delicious, tenders and fries came out cooked perfectly and within 10 minutes of ordering. Great Job Allen and Fairmount Tullys team!

2 nd time here and ur loaded based potato soup is OMG Delicious along w all ur other food

Ordered to-go online an hour ahead of time... when I picked it up, food was 20 mins late and order was wrong!

Ordered delivery for 3 fish dinners and it arrived cold and I git food poisoning from it arriving two hours later

absolutely garbage food. chicken was cold and bleeding pink in the middle. macaroni was also cold like it had been microwavee. wait staff seemed bored was unknowledgeable and stunk like cat/dog urine. waited over 30 minutes to see waiter after being seated. silverware and plates where spotty an unclean. overall unclean and very disappointed wilo not becoming back and contacted local health department to complain about undercooked chicken issue.

Horrible customer service made an order over the phone waited an hour when I got there. One of my items were missing and I had to wait another hour.

The place hasn't changed in the 30-plus years I've been coming here. It would be nice to see it freshened up a little bit. Service was outstanding and food was as great as usual

Have no rating. Wait was too lowish was hungry. We went to Danny's.

The service is always fantastic and the atmosphere is great! The desserts and drinks are great! However, they discontinued the veggie burger. It used to be delicious! Now there isn’t much to have if you’re vegetarian, unless you get something that normally has meat without the meat (which is less food for the same price).

Vegetarian options: There used to be a great veggie burger, but it was discontinued

Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly! Fun claw machines
