We had an issue recently with the take out service at Tullys in Fairmount which was a rare occurrence. The food is always consistent and service prompt. I felt it was important to share my experience with management as I knew it was not typical of this location. I was called by Allen the manager who had been a friendly face for years. He was very apologetic of the situation and appreciative of my feedback, he wanted to make it right and advised me to ask for him when we decided...
The place hasn't changed in the 30-plus years I've been coming here. It would be nice to see it freshened up a little bit. Service was outstanding and food was as great as usual
The service is always fantastic and the atmosphere is great! The desserts and drinks are great! However, they discontinued the veggie burger. It used to be delicious! Now there isn’t much to have if you’re vegetarian, unless you get something that normally has meat without the meat (which is less food for the same price).
