I’ve been here a few times and i normally get the classic or asian tender which is always. Decided to be a little adventurous in order the orange chicken tender bowl. First of all the tenders were nothing like the ones you would get if you were to get just tully tenders. Tenders seems like they were days old. The rice look like the ones you would get in minute rice. The broccoli and carrot looks like the ones from frozen packages. It came with this weird super sweet sauce. It was disgusting. I’m not wanting to complain, so I didn’t say anything still took the tender home for the dogs. Service was meh. The waiter was only looking at my husband and wasn’t looking at me when talking. Honestly, this left a bad taste in my mouth literally not sure I wanna go back.

We had an issue recently with the take out service at Tullys in Fairmount which was a rare occurrence. The food is always consistent and service prompt. I felt it was important to share my experience with management as I knew it was not typical of this location. I was called by Allen the manager who had been a friendly face for years. He was very apologetic of the situation and appreciative of my feedback, he wanted to make it right and advised me to ask for him when we decided to dine in again. We went on a typical busy Friday night. We’ were greeted and almost immediately sat. Before our meals touched the table he came over to advise me that one of our meals was on him as a courtesy. Allen is an important part of the Tullys family and the Fairmount location. He is always friendly and cares that his customers leave satisfied. The food was nothing less than delicious, tenders and fries came out cooked perfectly and within 10 minutes of ordering. Great Job Allen and Fairmount Tullys team!

Their chicken tenders and fish are good, everything else is generally disappointing. The flat iron steak was cooked well, but the meat itself was so gristly that most of it was inedible. The mashed potatoes needed flavor, it seemed they were cooked without butter, salt or pepper. This is the second or third time we've gone that I've tried to order something besides chicken tenders and been disappointed.

The food is great. Very consistent great family spot. Waiting for the server is another thing. We came early after appointments, she had 2 customers. Service is about the worst I have received. Waiting to pay doesn't encourage a large tip she should consider the 15% she got as a gift and hope for more enthusiasm.

Another fabulous meal. Great waitress (Shellie) that got my picky meal order exactly right the first time. Well done, Tully's. I've never been disappointed with anything I've ordered there, and it hasn't always been chicken tenders!

Such a great experience at Tullys the other day! Everyone there is so nice, always a smile and can't do enough for you! I wasnt having a great day and my server Sheryl really turned that around! She was just amazing in every way and I truly appreciated it! Chicken tenders were amazing as always! Great deal for the dinner, you get 7 huge tenders, fries and cole slaw and you can't possibly eat it all lol. Highly recommend especially for lunch or a burger or wings while you're watching a game.

All staff was amazing and super friendly, but the manager Alan was one of the best I've ever talked to, and the bartender Sarah was nice and joked with us all night. 10 out of 10.

2 nd time here and ur loaded based potato soup is OMG Delicious along w all ur other food

absolutely garbage food. chicken was cold and bleeding pink in the middle. macaroni was also cold like it had been microwavee. wait staff seemed bored was unknowledgeable and stunk like cat/dog urine. waited over 30 minutes to see waiter after being seated. silverware and plates where spotty an unclean. overall unclean and very disappointed wilo not becoming back and contacted local health department to complain about undercooked chicken issue.

Called this location to place an order but was on hold for 18 minutes and whilst waiting, there were three instances when my call was answered but put on hold again. So, I hung up and called Erie Blvd location instead and instead of being transferred, they took my order right away. Fairmount, do better.
