Great bubble tea, unique staff, large dining area.This has been my go-to spot for years when I've needed a quiet place to sit down and work on my laptop. Ironically, what used to make this spot ideal seems to have now attracted a large amount of young students that seem to enjoy flouting the pandemic restrictions. They come exclusively to socialize, ignoring the health and safety of the staff and other customers. I understand they're used to special treatment on campus, but this business also attracts hospital visitors and employees. I just wish the youth of today had a little more sense and consideration. I commend the staff for being strict with the rules and give them my sincere sympathy for the way I've seen them treated. They're always friendly and accommodating to respectful patrons.

I’m planning on checking out every single bubble tea place in cry and I have to say the ones I went to today were awesome!!! Unique, like it’s name, offers some truly unique flavors I’ve never seen before! I highly recommend their exotic series drinks. Dang… so good!

A local's favorite spot. But I'm tired of driving there and they're closed without notice, or updating their hours. Has happened 5+ times. I suggest calling in advance if you are planning on driving out there.

Dude with dreads is awesome! Love the music he plays! Best tea house on the hill except for the large groups at night that think they own the place! If you don't have something nice to say don't say anything at all (to all you one star haters)

Marston(guy w the dreads) is literally one of the best workers there, he is so friendly and gets right to it and finesses everytime. marston i hope u get an award for ur services one day !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Their call customer service is terrible. I greeted them and they were like “okay.” I explained to them why I was calling and they made me explain myself all over again by asking “why” as if they were not paying attention the first time. Then, they cut me off by responding “no” to my question. I am not sure if they are going through something or under pressure, but they could have handled the call more respectfully and professionally. Especially, when I was not rude or unprofessional in asking. Moreover, I have been a consistent client in the past who has even recommended them but I am upset to be received with such coldness.

Amazingly friendly and helpful staff. When I told them that the drinks were for kids, they completely unprompted gave us several samples of poppers in case they didn't like what they ordered so they had a better option available. It didn't hurt that the black bubble tea was great too! Would absolutely get another order from here again in the future!

I’m very sad to write that after the pandemic, unique tea house just went downhill. There was a mass amount of people that were hired. The OG people, like Connor, are still great, but all the other workers have terrible customer service attitudes. One guy in particular, the guy with dreads, is very negative and rude. He blasts his metal music extremely loudly and it makes sitting down and enjoying drinking the tea with your friends miserable. He also doesn’t have a great tone of voice when you address him; pretty aggressive and makes me not want to come to this place when he works. Also, the hours of operation is not that great. I remember there were many times where I’d come to the place and it was closed even though it was after the opening time. Love this place because I’ve been going here for years, but there needs to be some changes made concerning staff, customer service, and hours of operation updates.

Really tasty tea and very nice staff. I love the unique flavors but it seems like they haven’t bounced back from the pandemic yet. Just doesn’t have the same heart as it used to.

I come here often with my friend as this is our usual bubble tea spot because of the good experience we always have. On Sunday afternoon around 4pm, we entered into the hallway that leads up behind someone who works there. When we got to the top of the steps, the person shut the door in our face and switched the sign to closed. Honestly baffled more than annoyed at the moment, we walked back down the stairs. It would be one thing if we had come close to closing, which is 10pm according to Google and Yelp, but it was 4pm. It would be another if we were rude/snobby customers that always made a problem. We're not that either. It'd be a third if there was some sort of an announcement made prior on their social media... or to our faces rather than a slamming door. I'm not sure who s**t in that person's corn flakes that morning to act that way towards a customer; and I can even agree that the customer is almost never right, but I'd feel foolish spending my money there again after the little temper tantrum that this person decided to have. I'd rather take my money elsewhere, clearly it isn't wanted there anyways. It was completely unprofessional and it's unfortunate because they have a great selection.
Baller bubble tea, sometimes the servers can be a bit miserable though. Or the bubble people.

Terrible customer service with female worker. I was treated very poorly, she was very disrespectful to me. They open late sometimes they’re not open the lights are never on, they walk in late sometimes they don’t have tea available or ice. There use to be great customer service with the guys that worked in there. They were very nice. They had great customer service skills. Love the tea just not the service.

I went in two minutes after closing, but they were super kind to let me order my drink! We had a great convo and Sai made the peach mango drink superrr good! Highly recommend :)

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant, I ordered a thai and it was delicious. The workers were very respectful and kind. My drink was made perfectly as well. Will definitely be going back again. Very satisfied!

I did not understand what the concept is. I never tried a smoothie , but super refreshing and what flavor. Tried two different types both great. It's an upstairs location not fancy,but I will be back !!!
