Great place for breakfast .We tried the Egg and cheese bagel and it was fresh and delicious.We also tried the coffee which was decent but nothing fancy .They were very much customer focused and the team seem to build a connection with the customers.Definitely a good place for breakfast. They have limited seating also.Highly recommended

Hands-down this is the best bagel in Syracuse. The only thing that comes close is brueggers. I really like their everything seasoning. However, it certain times this business is Remarkably slow and you would need considerable time to stop in and grab food. Order ahead or don’t bother. Compounding this problem there is Limited place to stand or sit basically no parking. Ordering ahead and not having to deal with parking definitely makes this four or five star.

I honestly could not be more satisfied with Water Street Bagel. Whatever I order always tastes like it’s made with quality ingredients. The online ordering system makes it very convenient to order ahead of time. The prices for breakfast and lunch is hard to beat anywhere. I love the aesthetic of the place as well. I could not ask for anything better! I am so glad we have a place like this in Syracuse.

Pricing was fair for the portion size. I had the vegan cream cheese and it was quite tasty, good consistency, and paired well with the caraway seed bagel (I forget the actual name). The only non-positive feedback I have is that the employee taking orders could be more polite.
