I had a bad experience with an item I purchased and they contacted me and fixed the situation immediately. I appreciate this store for this. Definitely remain a customer now. Customer service has been nothing but excellent so far.
Wegmas selection,quality of product, and higher pricing have all gone down hill, I have gone to Wegmans to buy a product that i have for years only to find out Wegmans doesent carry any more. Wegmans use to have the best dounuts now all outsourced. The ridiculously priced buffet food they use to make in-house also outsourced. Wegmans use to care about their customers, it all about profits now i rearly shop there any more.
