Worse wendys I've been to. The food has good portions, and the service was fine. But don't get me started on the atmosphere. I came from 4+hrs away and had to use the bathroom. One of the staff members was smoking cannabis in the restroom. I told an employee and they got it sorted out. Another thing is when we went to get a drink at the self serve station, the straws were wet and also the ketchup was all gone. Another thing was the floor was greasy and the soda machine started spraying the syrup of diet coke, everywhere. Drive thru would probably be a better option. Honestly next time I drive thru, I'll just go to mcdonalds or burger King.
I don't usually go to Wendy's on James St in Syracuse, but this location has a Counterperson named Michael who is an exceptional employee! He is so friendly and courteous, his demeanor makes you want to visit again. I certainly hope Wendy's recognizes this fine young man for his efforts on making this Wendy's location an outstanding experience for all patrons!

dude was rude.couldnt even pay attention at the window . ordered a bacanator meal . 3 bacon stack. regular cheese burger. and a baconator fries . got cheese fries instead after having to repeat it over the thing 5 times . everything was cold.
