This location is terrible. I've been to this location a couple time in the last couple months, but Sunday 1/6/25 1030am was my worst experience. When I walked in the entire staff was in the dining room drinking and sitting. It took 5 minutes for anyone to acknowledge my existence. They were unable to take my order at the counter because they had no drawer set up. When I got my food. The fries were old, soft, cold and no salt. The saucy nuggets were cold. And the hamburger was cold and not made to my request. Avoid going to this location. It's obvious the management does not care

I just left Wendy’s. We ordered two Asiago ranch club meals. One with no ranch, no Asiago with home style chicken. The other was no tomato add pickle on a spicy chicken with 5 chocolate chip cookies. They made us wait to order. After we paid they pulled us to wait for our food although there was no one in the line. I asked 3 times if they had 5 chocolate chip cookies they said yes. When they handed me my food I noticed I had 3 chocolate and 2 sugar cookies. I went inside to get my money back. One of the girls acted like she had an attitude and said the person in the back must not have made enough chocolate chip cookies. I told her I want a refund because it was the principal that I was lied to. She told me she couldn’t do a refund but asked if I wanted something else. I told her no and that I wanted my refund. She said I can give the cookies to someone else or throw them away I said okay but left them on the counter. Another woman walked up and asked what was going on. I told her the dilemma she said she would have to see if her manager could do a refund and she never returned to the front counter. I heard someone say in the back well did she return the cookies. I thought that was inappropriate as that is the entire reason why I said I wanted my refund. Then a man approached the counter asking what the dilemma was. After explaining myself for the third time he asked if I would like something else instead and I told him no and just wanted my refund. Again it was the principal that I was lied to. If I had not checked my items I would’ve drove 20 minutes away to get home and find my order was wrong. He went to the back to get my refund. There was another young lady who apologized twice. I thought that was very sweet of her & it felt like she was the only one that cared. You would think spending 36.00 people would have a bit more compassion. When I got home I was highly upset. Our food was extremely old, hard and disgusting. When I opened my sandwich I had way too much ranch drenched on my sandwich and on top of that it was ghost pepper ranch. We ended up throwing away both meals. Very very disappointed and unsatisfied as this was our first meal of the day. I wish Tom Or Miesha still worked there. Maybe there would be better quality food.

Lights and dining room closed at 5 pm couldn’t go inside to eat and won’t even turn on menu had to to eat in the truck out in the cold

Very clean dining room, the crew working were so friendly and full of smiles!! This was a refreshing experience and I appreciated their kindness. The wait wasn't long (we got spicy chicken so the wait is expected) but they still apologized anyway. Food was all fresh as well! I can't remember the last time I've had more than lukewarm fries at my local Wendy's. Definitely will pick this one from now on.

Waited in the drive thru for at least 10 minutes and never got the chance to order. Meanwhile, multiple people went in and ordered and came out with food. They just forgot about the drive thru. We couldn’t do anything as we were pinned in the line waiting. This Wendy’s is garbage.

I stopped at this location tonight minutes before midnight and they refused to answer the drive-thru. When I drove past the drive-thru window, there were like 2 girls (for sure 2 of them white) just standing around.

Ordered with mobile app for drive thru pickup. Drive thru line took long despite being 3 cars. Once I got to the speaker I was told I could not pick up my drive thru order at the drive thru, all mobile orders needed to be picked up inside per Managers orders. So I had to go wait in another line. For no reason. Why can't you just hand the food out the window. The app is supposed to be convenient. Poor management. Edit: they also gave me someone else's order of just mashed potatoes. Honestly want to dispute the charge but it's not worth it, won't be returning and recommend all others stay far away.

Edit: I just saw the great news that this location will be shut down. Corporate, do yourself a favor and DO NOT transfer any employees to any new locations. They were the reason this place went under. Read the reviews. These people were the utmost bottom of the barrel employees you could imagine.

Went to 2 wendys sat in line for 15 min at each of them only to get no service. 5 cars left behind me at each location also. Drove past the window, and no one was working, but you could see them inside. It was between. 9:15 and 9:50 PM will not go back to any wendy's
