Very clean dining room, the crew working were so friendly and full of smiles!! This was a refreshing experience and I appreciated their kindness. The wait wasn't long (we got spicy chicken so the wait is expected) but they still apologized anyway. Food was all fresh as well! I can't remember the last time I've had more than lukewarm fries at my local Wendy's. Definitely will pick this one from now on.

Thank you for being the only local Wendy's with good service, normal hours, and great food. The one on Erie Blvd is trash, and this location is the saving grace for Wendy's in Syracuse.

Drew was very accommodating, patient & understanding. We had just come from another Wendy's up the road & Drew got our complete order done despite being alone with 2 other young kids in just minutes!! He deserves a raise for how hard he was working doing food & the window alone!! Thank you, Drew for restoring our faith in Wendy's!!
