Convenient location. The drive through line was ridiculously long. Even had to wait 5 minutes at the window to pay and collect food. Hopefully this was not typical for this location.

My wife and I were there on 3.3.25 at 7:33 pm. The staff were busy... Talking and ignoring the front counter. There is a kiosk there for people who wish to use it and pay with a card. We prefer to speak to an actual person and paycash. Two of the employees saw us and I Locked eyes on one female teen who did not bat an eye to tell the manager that there was someone at the counter. We waited five minutes then left. Great job on lousy customer service. We decided to go to Dairy Queen in Cicero NY instead.

Short change and soggy fries. Fourteen dollars and thirty five cents for a single burger and fries with a drink. Burger was ok fry's were disgusting and the drive through lady clearly can't count back change. Should have gone to 5 guys. Would have cost about the same. But would have been good .

Unbelievably slow, regardless of when you visit. Not sure why the foods overpriced american fast food, it is what it is, but at least make it so someone doesn’t have to wait 20 minutes.
