It's a friday night, on Memorial Day weekend... I've been doing yardwork all night since I got home from work, and I'm hungry and exhausted...
Well, I called to place an order, only to be told that it's pickup only tonight, due to there not being any drivers. Great!
Not to mention, most times I've called in the past, the female that answers is always extremely rude, and doesn't like questions being asked about the prices and menu selection, apparently.
Nice, friendly, and professional establishment, I must say. smh
It's unfortunate, because when you do catch them on a good day...the pizza and wings are actually great. My experiences with the staff and trying to place an actual order for delivery though...not so much.

Chicken wings were burnt. I couldn't even eat them. I'm so disappointed because I spent 73.00. I bought wings, chicken Parm, baked ziti and speghett and meatballs. All dishes were terrible. The garlic knots were burnt. I threw everything away. They used to have good wings and fresh food. I don't know what happened

The boneless wings was more hard pieces then anything else. The wedges were mostly cooked. The beef patties were just nasty. The service was trash. They do not know how to talk to customers or they don't care if you stay a customer either way they should hire someone to just answer the phone. Also the driver told me a higher price then what it was. When I told him that was not what I was told he said that is what it is so I told him how much cash I handed him and it was more then what he asked for so he was like oh thats good. I think he was trying to add extra to make sure he was getting a tip and when he found out I gave him more then what he was asking for it was all good for him. Finally when I called to complain about and item missing the guy hung up on me. That was it for me I'm done.

3 stars bc the food is OK, however, everytime I order a calzone it's made differently. Sometimes it's huge and other times it's tiny and burnt. Consistency would be great. Also, anytime I order delivery. I don't understand why it takes 2hrs to get my food. And when I call to check, I get "it's on the way ma'am" and hung up on. Service is lacking. The delivery drivers are always pleasant, so that's a plus. I placed an order at 930, off the slice app. Was told food would be here by 1040, already a ridiculous amount of time for a single calzone and bottle of soda ..but here we are at 11:20, and still no food. I wish I had other options for delivery in my area, unfortunately your establishment is it. If I had my car today, I'd have driven somewhere else, but my husband's truck in the shop and I work from home so he took my car today.
