A very disappointing experience, and I hope the management improves the service and chooses their staff more carefully

I ordered my food @ 9:00 tonight delivery an still waiting was told it will be here at 11:00 called before closing an was told driver was leaving out , here it is 11:35 an my food is still not here!! No one to contact because they are closed i am pissed!!!

Called 3 times. No answer. Drove by as I going elsewhere saw that they're open. Went inside, COMPLETELY IGNORED by two men working there. Wouldn't even come up to get order. I went onward to Sabatinos.
The owner of the business banned me due to them messing up my order they have my food away and then refused to remake the order

It's a friday night, on Memorial Day weekend... I've been doing yardwork all night since I got home from work, and I'm hungry and exhausted...
Well, I called to place an order, only to be told that it's pickup only tonight, due to there not being any drivers. Great!
Not to mention, most times I've called in the past, the female that answers is always extremely rude, and doesn't like questions being asked about the prices and menu selection, apparently.
Nice, friendly, and professional establishment, I must say. smh
It's unfortunate, because when you do catch them on a good day...the pizza and wings are actually great. My experiences with the staff and trying to place an actual order for delivery though...not so much.
