Also the driver told me a higher price then what it was. When I told him that was not what I was told he said that is what it is so I told him how much cash I handed him and it was more then what he asked for so he was like oh thats good. I think he was trying to add extra to make sure he was getting a tip and when he found out I gave him more then what he was asking for it was all good for him. Finally when I called to complain about and item missing the guy hung up on me. That was it for me I'm done.

3 stars bc the food is OK, however, everytime I order a calzone it's made differently. Sometimes it's huge and other times it's tiny and burnt. Consistency would be great. Also, anytime I order delivery. I don't understand why it takes 2hrs to get my food. And when I call to check, I get "it's on the way ma'am" and hung up on. Service is lacking. The delivery drivers are always pleasant, so that's a plus. I placed an order at 930, off the slice app. Was told food would be here by 1040, already a ridiculous amount of time for a single calzone and bottle of soda ..but here we are at 11:20, and still no food. I wish I had other options for delivery in my area, unfortunately your establishment is it. If I had my car today, I'd have driven somewhere else, but my husband's truck in the shop and I work from home so he took my car today.

Imagine my shock when I opened my sheet pizza after spending $90.35 for 40 wings and a sheet pizza. originally when i placed the order it was 77.80 then when my son picked it up it was suddenly 90.35 when i called they said it was due to extra sauces, he had gotten 8 additional.. that cost me 13.00 !!! any ways I had a birthday party going on and I was so embarrassed. There was no need to call and say give me a discounts because this is bad. These folks are used to everyone asking for a deal so they look at you like you trying to get something for free. so I am not spending my money here anymore and I hope you do the same. go to a real pizza and wing place that cares about the money you spend and their customer experience. NEVER AGAIN ! flavor was not there it was cut in a variety of sizes. i was sick !!

Buffalo wings and pepperoni pizza always on point. I've order for my family dozens of times, atleast once a month we make the trip to get the "good" pizza and wings. Always consistent and good in our experiences. This spot is exactly what you hope for when you want legit ny style pizza and crispy wings.
I ordered at the last possible minute and they graciously accommodated my request for delivery.The breaded wings were perfectly cooked and arrived piping hot! Perfect size and the best I’ve had in years.The pizza also came piping hot with the extra cheese and thin crust I requested. Delicious!The young lady that delivered was kind enough to call me when she arrived. She was a very sweet, personable. If her customer service is an example of the business they are running, it’s TOP a NOTCH!I will definitely be ordering again.Well done!

Just because it may not look the best doesn’t mean anything. Really amazing wings. Fast service. No long wait. The order process inside is easy and fast. Great place not just for wings, but subs, pizza and even gyros if that is your thing. Highly recommend if you’re in Syracuse and want fast food that is not your standard main-chain of fast food. Plenty of side sauces available.

Outstanding wings!! Perfectly crispy and juicy with suave that's not drowning the wings. Pizza was average but the wings OUTSTANDING. Medium was perfectly spicy. Quick fast friendly service I was in and out on my takeout order. Old subway and it shows but the wings I didn't care once I tried them!!
