Food is always fresh and warm. Every order of wings is cooked to order. Guy taking your order gets straight to the point. Wings are good sized and always has a sufficient amount of flavor and sauce. This place has yet to disappoint and this is my second time going there. Very impressive place and I’ll definitely be back. While I was eating all I could think was “this is DEFINITELY 5 stars”.

Drove past the plaza a handful of times and have always wanted to try Wings Over Syracuse. Well worth the wait, got 2 different flavors of tenders (Hot Honey and Dill Pickle) and the waffle fries. Everything was great, service was great, and everything was made fresh to order. Highly recommend.

Ordered wing dinners and all we got were the wings. They didn't bother to tell us they didn't have the potato logs to fill the order. Just let us pick up order knowing it wasn't right and said everything was there. Then I'm stuck making multiple calls to 3rd party online order site to get refund for the food not received. Why would they allow online orders for food they don't even have.

Not really what I’m looking for in a wing. I ordered the buffalo hot and they were very soggy. The size of the wings is great, but the texture and flavor of the sauce (very vinegary) were not impressive.

Absolute horrible staff who are beyond rude and slow as heck. Don’t expect your food at a decent time and for the love of god don’t go in at night. They are horrible. Time to cancel this place.
