French Fries were very dark on the outside, but the middle was still rea.

Vegetarian options: Veggie burger was soft and bland. I could not finish it.

Wheelchair accessibility: The doors are very heavy and difficult to open. This would be much harder for a person being easy to you

We used to like the Zebb's in Amherst NY. It closed, so we were happy to see they had a location near Syracuse NY.

Stopped in for a late lunch. Food was VERY slow coming out despite the restaraunt being not busy. Our waitress who was also the bar tender was EXTREMELY rude and seemed nothing short of annoyed our entire time there. She was servicing our party of 5, a party of 2 in a booth and 4 patrons sitting at the bar. The wings were spot on, the fried pickles were not fully cooked-raw batter was all inside-the fish was dried out- overcooked, mashed potatoes(instant) were dry and grainy. Mac n cheese was bland with a funky aftertaste, burger was severly overcooked and fries were very dark bordering on burned. Definitely not the place it used to be. Such a shame!

Awesome visit! It would be five stars if the food wasn’t too too greasy and a couple sticky spots. Our waitress was amazingly nice! The cookies in the front look amazing and I can’t wait to try them!

Parking: There wasn’t a struggle to park at all!

Yesterday me and my friend decided to order takeout from Zebbs.I have been there before, but my friend has not. The hostess Diana was very friendly and helpful since the moment we walked in the door She very helpful in deciding if we wanted a chicken bacon ranch wrap or a Buffalo sandwich.We decided to get a chicken bacon ranch wrap and helped us decide what cookies we really wanted. We got a six pack of chocolate chip cookies and a four pack of brownies The desserts are amazing! And our food was good overall . Definitely a 10 out of 10 experience will definitely be back again!

Outdated and only 2-3 customers around lunch time. I went in just for cookies and the bakery area is a mosh pit of merchandise that they sell and then 1/4 of the cookies usually fresh baked and ready
