Quaint and cozy are the backdrop for the best food, drinks and service one would maybe not expect from a restaurant on NY28 in Thendara. The Nest is a game changer is all aspects. You will be treated with care and served pure gold. All their offerings are hand made. Highly recommended.
Wonderful service they got us in even though we didn't have a reservation and the food was out of this world best I've ever had. And the drinks are a whole other experience of their own!! We will definitely be returning every time we visit Old Forge.
The food was absolutely fantastic! The asparagus was cooked perfectly, the steak was phenomenal, the risotto was delicious. Not a huge fan of artichokes, yet they were also cooked perfectly.
Our server, Ted, was one of the best I've ever seen. He worked with pride and purpose.
My only concern was that the lights were rather dim, so I had a hard time reading the menu.
Other than that, so, so, so good.
