I do not want to blame the employer for their employees actions however, Martin's Pretzels response to being informed their operations manager was making terroristic threats to a local drag show (when provided evidence) was that his account was "hacked" which is just silly. there were 2 of his accounts actively spreading hate and eluding threats.
I would urge you if you are considering this business to seek out a more responsible company that has some moral grounds.
Lgbt or not, the threat of strangers showing up to events and taking countless lives is everywhere these days. They couldn't even condemn his actions and seek to help him find help.
Sorry, it may not matter to you and that's fine. I just want it to be known, seen and not forgotten what Martin's Pretzels backs.

Learned of your pretzels from a small business lady that is handing them out as a way to boost sales in her store. Lancaster County PA is the land of pretzels and chips. We have 2 hand made pretzel places.

40th anniversary pretzel 12 pack. These are the worst tasting pretzels/snacks I've ever had. Tried to get my daughter or her co-workers to take them, but no one wants them. Martin's Pretzels contacted me privately on Facebook trying to make me feel bad about leaving a bad review, telling me to contact them privately rather than making it public, and crying that it lowers their rating. They messaged me asking what they can do to correct it (on 06/29/2022) and I requested a refund. They asked me for my email address and order number on 06/29/2022 and the next day asked for pictures of the items (guess the order number wasn’t good enough) which I provided. That was on 06/30/2022. Haven't heard from them since. I messaged them again on FB early in the morning on 07/05/2022, and again on 07/06/2022, and again this morning. Still nothing. No response, no refund. Clearly now they're ignoring me and have no intention of "correcting" anything. This bad review now is not only for awful products that taste cheaply processed, burnt and are terribly dry, but for rotten customer service as well.

My pretzel variety pack was very tasty. It came on time but several bags were damaged and open. When I reported this I was given a partial refund the next business day—no questions! Excellent product and customer service! I highly recommend this Bakery!

When I worked down town, Wall Street area, every Tuesday I would get pretzels. Company moved to Long Island and that was the end of that. My son, who would be in Manhattan at times, KNEW when he was out and about and saw them had to bring them home. I would bring them to work and would be gone in seconds. Fast forward to thanksgiving, he bought me two bags, and then a few weeks ago I ordered the 4 pound box. Almost gone. I ordered from your new place when you reopened. Good luck, keep making martins pretzels. They are the best.
