Horrible service, I ordered a coffee, they charged me for two and when I complained to them the cashier had a face like an ogre, I will never visit this place again. They have to have staff with charisma, not bad manners.

i’m not good at speaking so when my mom told me to order for myself i got nervous and then the employees started talking about me in spanish, my mom knows spanish so she confronted them. really messed up to be honest

This Dunkin' Donuts at Garnerville is the worst place they only have little staff at night. It's ridiculous. They need more people at night! They're too busy hurrying up cleaning instead of not taking care of the customers also with my own two eyes I witness that this tall guy supposedly the owner was being very rude to the workers I'm concerned about the well-being of the employees as there are indications that they may not be receiving the best treatment from the management!

Kicked me out 10 min before close and locked the door. Then they just stood around talking inside while I had to stand in the parking lot with my laptop to finish my zoom class. L store, not based.

I was hoping to get a steaming hot cup of coffee as I still had quite a distance to travel. I entered the restroom whos entry was emblazoned with a sign reading frequent sanitization. Nope. Worse than a gas station bathroom! Disgusting. I left without a purchase because the work area is probably no better. Management is severely lacking. 0 stars if I could.
