I’m from the Bronx and the owners are amazing they are really great people.They have the best chocolate chip cookie I ever had me n my wife shared it. It was still moist when I got home from work and soft and the best blueberry muffin I ever had nice and warm. If you in the area grab some fresh cookies you won’t regret it I promise
I found a 1909 Honus Wagner Rookie card in my Wooloomooloo Breastplate Special. The "owners" offered me a free Jimson Weed soda for it but I gave it to the Carmelized Nunions down the road.
For a while, I came in regularly because they had at least one vegan sandwich and a rather good vegan cookie. Lately, they’ve had neither; pity.Grocery-wise, I feel like the selection is different every time I come in. At some point the items started skewing towards speciality Asian foods, which is neat and different but not particularly useful to me day-to-day.Coffee is hit or miss, and available only in petite sizes (unless you beg).
