Incredible, love that this is close to home. Everyone was so nice working there, the drinks were incredible, just a great experience all around. Looking forward to going back soon!
Best find this weekend ❤️
Amazing cider great conversation!
We spent the weekend visiting cideries in the Finger Lakes. Found IBC by chance in a search. This was the best cider by far. The venue is an old barn, the folks who run the place (Richie) greeted us warmly along with Ash, an enthusiastic and adorable Australian Shepherd who is living his best life hanging with the people and hiding bones.
The cool part about their product is how they source their apples—foraged or harvested from old orchards that they maintain in partnership with landowners in the area. Today I had the Amongst The Brambles, a cider made with blackberries. They told us that it is the sweetest of their ciders, but it lives at the intersection of dry and the very driest of semisweet. It is crisp, fruit forward, and has the kind of pleasant tartness and clean finish that makes you want to enjoy another glass.
The welcome area and bar is cozy, but when you wander toward the back of the 19th century barn you find this amazing space filled with antiques and comfortable couches and an ancient copy of the Moosewood cookbook and sunlight filtering through the cracks between the barnboard walls. Between all that and the chickens in the back yard, the effect is magical.
This is the perfect place to hang out, chat with the owners, play with the dog, and enjoy excellent local hard cider. We’ll be going back. I was disappointed that their T-shirts were sold out, but they had some cool stickers to offer (free). If you are in Ithaca, make an extra stop. You won’t regret it!
Delicious cider!! Exceeded my expectations, these guys are crafting some of the best cider in the Finger Lakes. Such a fun stop during my trip to Ithaca. Owners are super nice too.
Rosé cider is hands down some of the best stuff I’ve ever had. Place is adorable, got free stickers. What more can you want?
I stayed at Crow Nest Farm and was offered a taste of this amazing hard cider! My fav is the mixed berries (we bought a bottle home) Everyone was so kind and inviting. Even the people that came just for the cider were sweet. All around great vibes.
I stayed at the lovely Crow Nest Farm and was offered a taste of this delicious hard cider (at breakfast, lol!) and ended up bringing bottles of it home with me. I particularly enjoyed the not-too-sweet Bramble cider made from berries around the farm. Refreshing and yummy! Highly recommended.
A bit late on writing this, but recently had some (mediocre) cider and was reminded of the incredible juice I had here. I’m not sure where the magic comes from, but these guys have found a way to infuse it into their cider and create exciting taste profiles that are incredibly delicious. If you have the chance, I’d highly recommend stopping by for a drink.
Beautiful rustic cidery with a great ambiance and selection of ciders. Plenty of parking and certain nights they do live music. Located in beautiful upstate NY right on Cayuga Lake. Highly recommend!
Beautiful venue! Excellent service! Lauren and Richie are so sweet!

Definitely go here. Coolest find ever.
This was such a fun stop! The ciders were delicious, the atmosphere was great and the brothers were very knowledgeable and shared some great stories!
Don't let the name fool you, these brothers have outstanding fermentation expertise and the cider is the best in the area. The barn slash tasting room has multiple rooms including a loft area where you can watch on movies on an ancient TV. Don't go here... we want to keep it all to ourselves.
Great cider with a friendly, relaxed atmosphere! Loved the rose and punch, especially!
2 friends that traveled to Idiot Brothers just for their cider and BOY was it worth it! Funkhouse and the Harvest punch are my favorites! Such a charming barn space. We will definitely be back.
