Service and ambiance is great. If I have to comment, is if the waiters can ask before removing a plate. Besides that, everyone was attentive because our glass is always full and they check in how things are going.
As for the food, the highlight of the night were the mixta paella. The seafood and protein had the perfect chew and the flavor profile of the rice was perfect. Lastly, except for the salmon, the tapas felt like it was sitting for a while so it was not as hot.
Nevertheless, this place is worth a visit!

Loved the food! Every single dish we ordered was amazing. Empanadas weren’t greasy which was surprising, octopus just melts into the mouth, and paella was packed with flavor. I wish the music wasn’t too obnoxious and the servers were more attentive. Would visit again.

Had a delicious meal and great time at Buleria. Went with two friends to catch up. We had a sangria pitcher (sparkling, it was good, nothing especially tbh). The star of the night was the Queso Batido. So creamy and tangy and delicious; don’t leave this place without trying it. Patatas bravas, croquetas and chorizo all delicious tapas. I’d come back. We had 6 tapas and the sangria pitcher and spent around $50 pp, not bad. Saturday night parking was easy

This was our second visit, we ordered all new tapas (i.e. no repeats from our first visit) and we absolutely loved it, again. We were glad to see Hoti again, he's a great server and helped us navigate the sherry list like a pro. This place is officially in our regular rotation.

I am regular at this place I love the food me and my wife go there but on this Wednesday my wife gets the idea to go on happy hour wich my wife tells me they have specials on all tapas wich are apettizers and drinks until 7pm so we go in and we sit at the bar wich they tells us that’s the only area for happy hours and we’re ok with that here comes the menu they tell us happy hour on all tapas and drinks I’m like ok I order a Spanish old fashioned to drink and 3 tapas my wife orders martini and we stayed there till like 830 after the happy hour finishes I know basically what I order during and after happy hour wich were a couple of more martinis and old fashioned so wen I ask for the bill the bill is 433 dollars so since 530 basically an hour and a half before the happy hour finishes they only charge me 2 old fashioned at 8 dollars cause they cost 16 full price and only one martini at 11 dollars wich it cost 18 dollars full price and not 1 of the appetizers were on Happy hour all were full price when I ask the manager he tells me that those tapas were not on happy hours but clearly they’re menu says all tapas on happy hour anybody that drinks knows that in 1 hour and a half there’s no way you only gonna drink one martini and 2 old fashioned so I ask he tells me some random excuse and he gave a 56 dollars discount and I’m like so why you don’t say from the beginning why all tapas are not on happy hour I was very frustrated and I felt very unsatisfied with the place I used to love this place but don’t try to cheat people you say one thing and then when the bill comes you say another I hope this review helps and check you’re bill cause they’re clearly not doing the right thing.

I had an amazing experience at Bulería. I went with a friend and from the moment we walked in, we loved the vibe and full of great energy.
The food was absolutely delicious. Every dish was better than the last and the service was outstanding. We were taken care of by Helena, who was incredibly kind, attentive, and friendly. She’s truly an asset to the restaurant, just like the manager and Antonio who also helped make our visit extra special.
Since now Buleria it’s my favorite restaurant in Westchester!!!

Maybe they had a bad night, ordered 2 different types of steaks, they came within 4 mins of us ordering. They were cold, no taste. they served the wrong steak to the wrong person. The both look identical the same cut. there was only one other table at 7pm last night and we didn't get the best service. Nice place. I wanted to order the Zarzuela, the waiter discouraged me because it would take 25min.
