I left really confused and feeling overcharged. I ordered a cone but was charged a random “cake deposit” instead of the correct price, which made no sense. On top of that, they wrapped it to go without asking instead of handing it to me. Overall, a very strange experience and I won’t be going back.

Since when are sprinkles a dollar extra. Owner said he pays more. So for a dollar I got a teaspoon of sprinkles that probably cost $.03 on top of $3.64 for custard. Sorry but that’s a ripoff.

Me & my husband love this Carvels! Carvels is pricey ANYWHERE it’s s franchise! But what we LOVE is how generous and delicious they make our Sundaes here! It’s 100% worth it to come to this locality and satisfy our sweet tooth!
Obviously ice cream is ice cream but the guy is genuinly amazing. He works super fast and is completely generous with what he gives to you, he is a very hardworking person because every time I walk past this place all I see is him doing is cleaning or taking peoples orderes while the other guy sits there doing nothing.

I supposedly came here as a kid years ago. While I don’t remember the experience, I have to say that ice cream is better than the chains we have out west. Really like their cake batter and vanilla ice cream, perhaps the best flavors but maybe I’m biased. They have mini fridge is filled with Carvel ice cream tubs, and ice cream cookies that you can get.

Do not bring your kids here....the owner will get extremely annoyed and overwhelmed. And then have the audacity to say "Jesus Christ" to the next customer and proceeded to tell her how confusing we were... WHILE WE WERE STILL IN THE STORE. I ordered for my 3 kids and then my cousin ordered for her 2 kids....what was so confusing??? He didn't mess up the order ...I gave him the order one at a time, waited for him to give the ice cream and then ordered the next one. Please post a sign that kids are not allowed....my kids were not running around or anything...they were talking to each other and a bunch of 3-7yr olds are loud, ok. I keep my kids in check...the owner needs to check his disgusting attitude towards customers.
