I’ve been coming to this deli regularly for drinks, lottery tickets, and other items, and I’ve never had a bad experience until today. I bought two bottles of Vita Coco coconut water that clearly tasted off — and since I drink these all the time, I knew something wasn’t right. I politely asked if I could swap them for something else, but the guy flat-out refused, claiming he would lose money and wouldn’t get credit from his distributor. As someone who has worked in retail food establishments, I know that’s not how it works. If a product is bad, it gets set aside and credited by the distributor — plain and simple. Instead of doing right by a regular customer, he put the $8 loss (which isn’t even his wholesale cost) on me, refusing to make it right. It’s not about the money — it’s about basic customer service and decency. Refusing to swap two bottles of bad product is just absurd. I shouldn’t feel uneasy shopping at a local deli in my own town, especially one I’ve supported regularly. I won’t be coming back after today. Treating a regular like this over $8 is a terrible way to do business.

Just moved into Tuckahoe, Ferris Mini Market is very close to my residence. They have lots of your needs for house, snacks, food items and a nice deli in the back with Boar's Head meat. I am glad this place is close to me. I will be a regular here. I got a cheese omlet and breakfast burrito...very tasty!

There is everything you need food wise but the guy is always staring you down and it feels unsafe and the guy was smoking but once you leave you feel much better.
The cook is great, merchandise is varied. Good. Attention at the cashier, lousy.

Please be aware went in this morning for a coffee....they have it in the back next to deli I DO NOT recommend anyone this place! They have Roaches! Should have taken a picture they were crawling on the cappachino and hot chocolate machine. I informed the cashier and he just smiled and said ok
