Food is tasty, however, staff/service could much improve. Each time we come, there is always a chaotic line which makes it difficult to order. Even when there is no line, usually something is missing or wrongly added to the order. They don’t have much of their advertised selections and the staff will charge you for something that they later tell you they no longer have. Much rather go to the Scarsdale location!

Very disappointing.

I stopped by to order coffee for me and my coworkers (4 people total) which came up to 52.45$ plus tip with some croissants and a donut, all the coffees were not right it even made one of my coworkers sick.

We ordered two caramel macchiato “lattes” one vanilla bean latte and a white mocha coffee, the vanilla bean was extremely sweet and undrinkable, the macchiato “lattes” were just straight up milk and coffee grounds. no coffee, even though I ask for extra shot of espresso and got charged for it, for the white mocha I got a mochachino instead and it didn’t taste like coffee or chocolate at all just warm milk with sugar.

The croissants were good and the donut was also good, but the whole coffee orders were just not right at all. Ordering felt chaotic because I was talking with two people at the same time trying to explain the orders, and even after that the barista keep asking me which coffee should be what way, very stressful just for it to not be right at all at the end.

I used to enjoy this place a lot but recently the coffee quality and consistency has been very disappointing I just feel like I throw my money away, nobody enjoyed their drinks at work, I couldn’t even finish my own.

Excellent and soculent assortment of pastries. Even the hot sandwiches are delicious, the turkey avocado being my favorite. Pricy but worth it.

This is an amazing shop. Great bakery items, sandwiches, coffee, teas and service. We plan on making this shop a must-stop when in Tuckahoe.

The strawberry shortcake was absolutely delicious—fresh, light, and perfectly balanced, not too sweet. I loved it!

This was my second visit to this location. I was excited to return since I had a great experience the first time, but unfortunately this visit was very disappointing.

When I picked up my order, the bag was double-knotted, so I didn’t open it to check on the spot. Once I got home, I realized I had been charged for the wrong item, received the wrong item, and was also missing something I had ordered. I immediately called and spoke to a staff member, who told me they would have the missing items waiting for me.

When I arrived and asked for the staff member, I waited for quite some time before the manager, Brenda, came out. Instead of apologizing for the mix-up, she was very rude and dismissive. She told me I should “double-check everything before I call” and insisted that the cameras showed the item was included. She also demanded that I return the incorrect cookie I had been given before she would hand me the correct items.

At no point did she apologize or take responsibility for the error. She simply gave me the replacement items and walked away. The entire interaction was handled unprofessionally and left me feeling disrespected.

Mistakes happen, but the lack of courtesy and accountability from the manager was unacceptable. A sincere apology and a more respectful approach would have gone a long way in keeping me as a happy, returning customer.

I don’t know who this tall serious looking man was. I asked him 2x for help I had a quick question as i was a doordasher. He looked at me and ignored me with a serious face not once but twice. Customers were shocked and we stunned along with me. Then another employee was nice enough to ask if i needed help. I literally wanted to ask should i wait on line or should i come to a specific spot to pick up the order. It was soo rude!

This is hands down the worst coffee shop experience I’ve ever had. I ordered a caramel macchiato, and the Spanish lady at the counter asked me “latte or espresso?”—which already told me they have no idea what they’re doing. How do you not know how to make a drink that’s literally on your menu?

They gave me a cup of warm milk with barely any coffee. I asked for a correction, and the second attempt was just bitter espresso with milk—again, wrong and disgusting.

At that point, I knew this place was hopeless. The staff is untrained, clueless, and just plain careless. The whole place feels dirty, chaotic, and run by people who have zero pride in their work. The Spanish cashier clearly couldn’t communicate properly, which made the experience even more frustrating.

If you enjoy wasting your money on garbage drinks made by people who don’t care, by all means, come here. Otherwise, avoid this place entirely.

The espresso drinks are always reliable and consistent—never burnt, never watery, just right every time. The pastry and bakery selection is extensive and rich, from breakfast pastries to sweets like chocolate babka and tarts—everything we’ve tried has been fresh and satisfying. The table service is warm and attentive even during the busiest hours, and the atmosphere is always welcoming, with friendly staff and happy regulars filling the space. Though Martine’s is a chain, this Crestwood location truly feels like a well-loved local spot.
