I always get my food doordashed and they n always forget my food some way some how and when I call they never answer. This is money I cannot get back , due to there mistake all the time !!!!!!

I left something on the counter while I was still in store, it went missing. I asked the employees, frantically searching the store. They said they had no clue what I was talking about. I asked one more employee before I left and she goes to the back to retrieve it out of the trash, very weird that they lied twice about the whereabouts of my items, mind u I never left the store, so they didn’t even ask if it belonged to a customer, they didn’t even offer a recovery card. Bad experience
After a previous experience that a separate starbucks, I'm reminded why I still go here always. The staff is always incredibly friendly, very helpful, and understanding. Even when they're backed up they never forget their manners. What an incredible staff!
