I left something on the counter while I was still in store, it went missing. I asked the employees, frantically searching the store. They said they had no clue what I was talking about. I asked one more employee before I left and she goes to the back to retrieve it out of the trash, very weird that they lied twice about the whereabouts of my items, mind u I never left the store, so they didn’t even ask if it belonged to a customer, they didn’t even offer a recovery card. Bad experience

After a previous experience that a separate starbucks, I'm reminded why I still go here always. The staff is always incredibly friendly, very helpful, and understanding. Even when they're backed up they never forget their manners. What an incredible staff!

always uber eats here and all the time no straws!! please start putting straws inside the uber bags also napkins for pastries/food! cant drink my frap normal like a latte. come on guys!

Girls there don’t listen and don’t know how to read ! I told the girl YES to whip cream and she put NO whip cream while also giving me the wrong drink.Then the girl making the drinks makes my drink wrong a few times. So Starbucks just hires anyone now a days ? You don’t need reading or writing or LISTENING skills for a job ?
