We usually like grabbing a sandwich at bagel loft, but today, the customer service was horrible. We left before we ordered.

Zero stars would be better. I work on the railroad and stopped by between trains to get a bagel. 25 minutes later I'm still standing there waiting for my food.

Absolute horrible service

There is no order in this store, people everywhere, yelling out orders ,skipping in the so called line.

Stay away unless you wanna spend your whole break waiting.

Visited this pace couple of days ago and the experience was horrible. Walked into the place and it was empty there was a gentlemen talking with someone and he answered the phone. About 2 mins after another lady comes out and they both started taking.

I was in the store for 5mins approximately and neither of the associates acknowledged me. In an effort to get their attention I moved closer to where they were and once again ignored. I was in disbelief that these 2 associated completely failed to address a customer within at least a minute of being in the store. I gave the benefit of the doubt and stayed long enough but sadly I walked out.

P.S.
A customer is the most important visitor on our premises. M. G. and we are willing to wait but greeting and acknowledging goes a long way.

I'd like to say, I love this place, good food, nice staff etc... HOWEVER, they have a weird checkout process that makes no sense - you tell the person your order, they begin preparing it, then I walk to the cashier to pay while I wait for my order, and they ask "what did you have" - now I just said the entire order to the first person, they don't pass the order to the cashier? so now I repeat everything all over again, this is time consuming... there are times that we have sat and ate our food, then walk back to the line of people to wait to pay, then get to the cashier and have to tell them what to ring up... I don't understand why the first person doesn't have an order pad or a system that passes my order to the cashier so it can move things along quicker - other than that, great place, friendly staff, and good food - just pointing this out because i feel they can improve the flow with a better check out system ...

Most expensive bagel in Westchester. 1.95 for a plain bagel with nothing on it. Total rip-off

The owners of this store are unbelievable: They charge a 4% credit fee when credit card transaction fees are no where near 4%.

Shouldn’t credit card transaction costs be absorbed by the business as a cost of doing business???

Additionally, I went in there this morning and they raised the price of a buttered bagel to $4.00.

You have go to be kidding me???? I will never go in there again..
