I'd like to say, I love this place, good food, nice staff etc... HOWEVER, they have a weird checkout process that makes no sense - you tell the person your order, they begin preparing it, then I walk to the cashier to pay while I wait for my order, and they ask "what did you have" - now I just said the entire order to the first person, they don't pass the order to the cashier? so now I repeat everything all over again, this is time consuming... there are times...

Even when it was super busy they greeted me with a smile and absolute grace welcoming me to the place for the first time. Immediately worked on my order with other customers orders and answered my questionsAnd don’t get me started on the bagels. My husband is super picky and he ate 3 in a day. I had picked up some to take home.This is my new regular bagel place now. Thank you!!

Guys behind the counter were spot on. Bagels were really good! But, I think $6 for a butter bagel and small coffee is too much is my only complaint. I mean it's basically bread and coffee.
