I visited K Kurdish for the first time this week. A friend of mine and I sat down for dinner and were warmly welcomed by the waitress, who was an absolute pleasure. My friend was there to gather some experience for a multi-cultural college project he was working on. He asked the waitress if we could speak with the owner- a few minutes later, she brought her husband out to greet us. He went out of his way to take the time to sit down and speak with us for quite some time. We enjoyed quite the conversation over dinner, and the owner and his wife went above and beyond hospitality. I'd say, we were treated like royalty! None of this is to even speak of the cuisine itself- which was SO fresh, perfectly seasoned, and the perfect combination of light & hearty. The food (which was very reasonably priced) was simply outstanding, and was only surpassed by their service. I can't wait to bring my family back for another experience!

The food was incredible, the staff was friendly and welcoming. They answered any questions we had. The atmosphere was very nice and restaurant was clean. I got the salmon it was cooked to perfection. The chef also brought us out a salad on them for our family to share.

Fantastic variety of flavors for a wintery afternoon (that might make you reconsider the seasoning of your summer barbecue)!
We got the Mixed Appetizer and Mixed Grill (kebab) entree! Wow! Such a pleasurable array of flavors. We liked it all, but if we were to narrow it down the cacik was our favorite app with the aci ezme and babaganush as close seconds.
Again, though we enjoyed them all, we surprisingly favored the beef and chicken adana kebabs to the shish kebabs (perhaps the grinding process allows the flavors to really penetrate the meat).

Lowered to 1 star since they never replied on here.
My burger was ok, even though I ordered the chicken. However, the other meal, a so-called shish ke bob was absolutely disgusting, the meat didn't look nor taste like steak, and it made my daughter ill. Plus it was expensive for what she got! The salad was no salad, except a few greens with a bleah dressing. What's the opposite of appetizing. The good part of the whole thing was the flat bread the cook gave us as we paid our (much too expensive bill for what we got) bill. I'm giving them 2 stars, because of the bread and the burger being ok, even though I ordered chicken. Atmosphere was annoying, music was too loud, and frankly I'd rather have silence than that. Waitress was eh. Never returning.

Im not sure if the bad reviews are being deleted (yes that’s a paid option on google), but they definitely dont reflect reality. The food is not only below average, its actually really bad. Someone mentioned the mushroom soup is VERY GOOD, it is definitely the worst soup I’ve ever tried in my entire life. The manti was barely edible. The only thing that was really good, which is why I gave the two story review was the meat. It was tender and tasty. Everything else was really, really bad to the point that it was not edible or barely edible. So you don’t waste your money just like we wasted ours.

We ordered take out for dinner and when we arrived at the restaurant our order was not quite ready due to a missing ingredient. The owner comped 2 dessert for us and served us homemade tea while we waited. He was sweet and gave us lots of extra food and quickly made the new dish. Everything was delicious, fresh, and warm. Especially loved the chicken shish kebab and the salmon dish.

While visiting Syracuse, NY with my little one, we searched for a Mediterranean restaurant and were excited to find a Kurdish restaurant— especially as a Kurdish person myself. I was proud and happy to see a Kurdish-named place here.
We tried the mushroom soup and the mixed grill, and both were outstanding. The mushroom soup was one of the best I've ever had, and the mixed grill-both the meat and chicken-was soft, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The prices were also very reasonable.
We liked it so much that we went back the next day and ordered lahmacun and pide, and both were absolutely fabulous.
Highly recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area!
