Hunan Garden sucks sorry to say. The guy who took our order cant understand basic English. I was sitting next to my wife when she placed our order. She ordered Chicken And Broccoli dark sauce and one Chicken and Broccoli in white sauce. Wouldn't you know the order was missing the Chicken and Broccoli in white sauce. She was very methodical when ordering. They refused to make good and deliver my order. I live 3 minutes away. They wanted me to come back. The dude screwed up so make good for it and deliver it to my house . Again I was 3 minutes away. So we are done with Hunan Garden. Never to return. Tin Tin2 @ in Monroe.

The food is really good. The woman in. charge is also so nice. Two years ago my truck had a dead battery at the train station and they kindly came over with a portable battery and gave me a jump start. Good food, nice

Wonton Soup Very Salty Chicken with Broccoli Dry Hardly any Chicken Fried Rice and Egg Roll Not Fresh Like from Lunchtime and Sold at Dinnertime. Called to complain and was told i am the only one that does not like their food. Thats my honest review. Good Luck !

Great food. Nice soups and delicious dishes! Eating at the place has the extra benefit of eating everything very hot and fresh. Take out is also a great option.

Not a big chinese food fan overall. Husband few times a year wants. Have tried so many in the area and never quite happy. Hadn't ordered from here in several years. Pleasantly surprised was very good !!! Chicken not slimy texture which most chinese food is. Rice very food, overall very happy. Would order again !!

Be wary of the afternoon rush during 11-3. The guy does not understand English very well and will give you what he thinks you want. He has a very bad attitude and comes across as rude and disrespectful towards people of color. The food is ok but make sure he understands your order and check it before you leave. The 1star is for having horrible customer service.** I require you to treat ALL Customers respectfully and when in doubt due to mis-communication offer to get the order right. You charge too much for simple meals and then you charge extra to change rice for fries. You hang the phone up because I told you I did not get what I pay for… Hanging the phone up on someone is not respectful, Treat all customers with respect, that is my requirement.
Definitely the best Chinese takeout I’ve ever had! Good prices, good portions, and very friendly staff. The lo mein and sesame chicken are both my favorites. Definitely a good place to get a meal if you’re in the area! They don’t really have space to dine in but that’s expected for Chinese places in the area. Takeout is very well packaged though so there’s no worries.

BEWARE— all allergens are not listed on the delivery menu posted on google!!!! I got something I always order from dozens of other Chinese food restaurants, beef chow fun, and this restaurant puts PEANUT butter in theirs. It’s not a normal ingredient that goes into that dish. It’s not listed on their delivery menu as being in it. I have a severe peanut allergy and ended up in the ER. I could’ve died, not even being dramatic. $564 later I’m still alive and it was the most expensive Chinese food I’ve had in my life.

After watching the young woman behind the counter eating with her hands, rubbing her nose, taking money and then going back to her food, the small child crawling all over the rice cookers and eating.... but we were hungry and not many options in the area we took our food home and it was horrible. Never again. I should have had a peanut butter and jelly sandwich...
