This time was better than my last visit. The food was excellent as usual, and the service was good (we sat at the bar). The last time we went, it was crowded, that's good for them. We asked how long for a seat they said 45 min. That was too long to wait, so we ordered food for takeout. We did tell the male waiter that if a seat opened while we were waiting for the order that we would take it and eat in. As we were ordering a table opened up, then another. We were never offered the seats. We thought maybe they were being held for reservations, so we didn't ask about them. We were standing right in front of where he was, and he never offered us the seats. We waited over 30 min. for our pizzas and those tables remained unoccupied. We saved money since we didn't order drinks and appetizers, so I guess we should be happy.

Hello All, impartial review of Steve'sarrived just around 8PM with my Wife (thankfully no children in tow) there were two tables seated, the establishment is not large, the 1 waitress was involved in long conversations with both tables, eventually came around and served us water, then left for more conversation.the menu is pretty limited, we settled on just a regular cheese pizza just so we won't complicate things, asked the waitress if 1 pizza would be enough for 2 people she said yes after thinking about it, we also ordered 6Pc wings and two cocktails.we were told the wings would take a long time, which was ok with us, the personal pan sized pizza came out a few quick minutes afterwards, and I'll say I've never had warmed up mozzarella and sauce in my life, obviously whomever was at the oven this day had no idea what they were doing, even my children can properly cook bread and cheese to near perfection, the cocktails were experimental at best, not prepared correctly, and the waitress admitted that the young lady was not aware of how to prepare our drinks (terrible). Pizza was completely bland.the wings were correct but otherwise Steve's place is a moneygrab at best or a gastronomic experiment at worst.I guess the pricing reflects the decor that was probably financed and is still being paid in monthly installments. lesson learned, NEVER AGAINI left as hungry as I walked in

This place was a gem. Loved there salads and the pizzas looked and were delicious. My family loved this place. Ambience is very warm and romantic. Very intimate which I love. Only this is it's not gluten free friendly which I don't expect it to be.

Two beautiful Italian pizza ovens, but they're not enough to rescue a mediocre pizza. Crust is dense, texture is coarse, pepperoni was oozing excessive grease. Too bad. If they could make a more authentic Italian dough it might be worth a visit. On the bright side, we did enjoy the meatballs served with marinara/ricotta and bread.

food was very deliciousdrinks were amazing the only reason i gave this place 3 stars is because we ordered our drinks, 10 mins later ordered our apps, then 10 minutes later ordered dinner... but it all came out at the same time!! we had a 7pm reservation but needed to use a different table as room for all of the food that was given to us at once. By the time we got to the dinner it was cold.i'm not sure if that's how they do things there or if the waitress didn't time it right?.. idk really disappointed because of that - that's the only reason for the mid review, food was great otherwise

We were a group of 7. We had several different pizzas; we also had meatballs, as well as several different types of chicken wings and garlic bread, but the shrimp pesto pizza was to die for. The service was excellent. It was a very little quaint place. I definitely recommend it.

Came from NJ to Tuxedo NY to enjoy the best brick oven Pizza I’ve ever had and I had quite a few ones, from the food quality to the atmosphere, service, the quality is at a level that I needed to make this review and assure anyone that this place is something else.

Really good gourmet wood fire baked pizza, quality ingredients, great crust, all the pies I've tried were very good. I've had the cheese pizza, the chicken bbq pizza, vodka sauce, prosciutto and arugula... definitely recommend, the only downside ... the pizza pies are relatively small compared to the standard med pizza pies. So there's that. But service is great and pizza well you already know that I think.

The pizza is excellent. What isn't excellent is that they lie about how long pickup orders take. "20-25 minutes" is routinely an hour. So, plan accordingly.
