Jay, the owner chef has created a restaurant where the fantastic quality of the fish is surpassed only by the artistry of the owner.

We eat here constantly. The sushi is consistently top notch- fresh, delicious and beautifully made. We moved out of Orange County but still come back here for the sushi because it’s that good!
