Strawberry Cheesecake Milkshake - Had no consistency, was milk with no flavor. Delux Carmel sundae with cheese cake. Had 1 pump of carmel, that was hard and stringy not like carmel topping and a spoon full of something that is called " cheese cake " with zero flavor. I was not even offered whipped cream nuts or a cherry on my sundae, I had to ask for them and pretty sure I was charged extra after even ordering the delux topping sundae for $8.50. Also friendly customer service at the window would go a long way.

I know it's off season but I owe this place a review. There's hard and soft ice cream options, with plenty of flavors to select from. My favorite is maple walnut (hard) and my wife's fav is the blueberry cheesecake (soft). Also, the size to price ratio is unbeatable within a 30 minute drive circumference. There's also food (fast food type like burgers, hotdogs and fried) around the other exposed size of the building, which I've had and taste great. Service has always been super helpful and with a smile. Although I'm a local, I sometimes feel like I get weird looks from other locals waiting in line but this will not stop me from getting good ice cream. Oh, I should mention this place is animal friendly and have ice cream options for dogs.

My favorite ice cream place on the Susquehanna. They have picnic table seating between an array of trees and their building, offer a full variety of flavors, hot food, shakes, etc.
This roadside ice cream stand has been an area standard since I was a kid, and I still love them. The prices are reasonable, the employees are nice, and the ice cream and food are good. It can get a little slow sometimes, but often it's just one or two employees working their hardest to keep up, so please be kind!

Typing this as my mother and I are driving away!Big Top doesn't have any tops or covers for any ice cream!Told the young lady as we were placing order that we need tops on everything. When she began handing us our completed orders, everything was to the brim and no covers. We reminded her again we needed covers. Her response was "if I put anything on top the ice cream will go all over". Well that is why we told you at the beginning we needed covers. After 2 or 3 minutes she came out with covers,... that didn't fit that were too big. So we asked her again for a cover and her response was "well what do you want". We simply told her something with a cover that fits. After another 2 or 3 minutes we finally received what we ordered. And we told them directly that you lost a customer. Her simple response was "I'm sorry".From now on, we'll drive a little bit further to Otego for Sprinkles and Cream, and be able to drive home without anything spilling all over.
