Heart & Hands Wine Company

Would not recommend this winery to anyone!! One person was seated outside sipping wine: an employee told us that we could not sit in her area even though only that one man was there. We went to where she directed us to sit. Another employee approached and told us only five to a table; again no one else was there! We had a party of ten, so we separated guys/girls. The employee went to explain how busy they were with a harvest! This had nothing to do with guests visiting. We didn’t feel welcome AT ALL and ended up leaving! Very rude and poor customer service!

Heart and Hands is definitely one of the best wineries on Cayuga lake. The owners and staff are so knowledgeable and the wine is among the best in the Finger Lakes. We did the UTV Vineyard Tour & Tasting and what an experience!! We learned so much, got to tour the vineyards and had truly excellent wine and food pairings. This is a must!!

Beautiful location! The staff was extremely nice and helpful. They were very knowledgeable and friendly. The Wines were fantastic! My Wife s d I both said that there wasn’t a wine there we didn’t like. We bought 3 bottles before we left. I highly recommend this place. We will be coming back for sure.

Lovely winery overlooking the east side of Cayuga lake. Has an intimate feel and the tastings aren't rushed -no buses or loud large groups here. All the wines were lovely and they have a lot of interesting information to share from the creation of a particular bottle to his the geology of the area contributes to the terroir. The charcuterie board is thoughtfully sourced from local farms and makers and was delicious. Our group enjoyed every minute here.

Nice winery, great almost private tasting with lots of great details. Pinot noirs were all great! The whites were just okay however. At least for my taste. Oh and even better the whole winery was dog friendly? 💕

If you are visiting wineries to taste wine, then this is the place. First class pinot. It is small but we got very personal service. If you are looking for food and atmosphere, you could probably do better. but this place is for true wine aficionados.

Definitely visit this winery, it is a gem in the Finger Lakes!! Wow, what a great experience tasting high quality wines! We had a great tasting experience, with a very attentive and thoughtful staff explaining each wine and where the grapes are grown,. It’s obvious that there is a high detail on quality which is reflected in exquisite wines. We loved everything we tasted including the sparkling Riesling,, the Chardonnay and the Blanc de Blanc. Like everyone else, we left with a big box of wine and hope to join their club so that we can enjoy this wine year round. Thank you Susan for making this a special experience!

The wines are fantastic! The tasting is well paced and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Reservations are a good idea. It is well worth a visit.

A hidden gem of a winery. Reds or whites, excellent- enjoyed each sip with the history of the grape. Take the time to stop and enjoy.
