Salt of the Earth has quickly become my favorite restaurant, dare I say it, ever. We moved here last year and tried SOTE for the first time last fall. Since then, we have gone to multiple stunning wine dinners and just to eat a handful of times as well. I cannot do them justice, so hopefully these pictures at least start to tell the story.
