Yesterday I had the worst experience picking up a pizza at Domino's Pizza in Uniondale at 8:30pm on Saturday 935 Front St, Uniondale, NY 11553 there were two Hispanic women, one of them thinks that the customer doesn't matter if that's why they hire them to be nice, get rid of those girls, put in people who have education and good principles, I will never return to this place

The lady who work at front desk take orders she is mad rude and unprofessional. She work at evening shift also another guy work at evening shift rude as well. I ordered three pasta and one 12” pizza i was making sure the order is ready but they were super rude to me. Also they gave me my order after 20 minutes are nasty i had to throw them in garbage. I love dominos pizza and pasta. It’s been many years i am their customer with but this location gave me really bad experience. I hope management will take action against those employees and help them to understand how food industry works. I made complaint over online i hope it gets better.

This is the 3rd ...THIRD TIME I've had a problem with this place the employees are always rude and disgusting and there's never a manager in sight. I'm on the phone asking about rewards and my order and she's talking over me being rude and hung up on me how is thos place even still in business the staff is awful and they always get orders wrong .... if my order comes rlwrong tonight I know it's on purpose because when I called back twice she wouldn't answer or pick up and immediately place menon hold with no warning but when I used a different number they answered Right away

The service there sucks!!!!!!! There’s a Spanish girl at the register who has an attitude like she just basically works for a paycheck at this point. I asked one simple question what are the carry out specials. Off rip she just huffed and puffed and gave attitude I had to ask her if she was ok. If there cameras facing the register you can see it. And the next employee did if he’s not the manager was just look and continue working instead of stepping in and seeing what was the issue. As an AGM I can see the first face of the business needs to be retrained on customer service and not allowing her emotions to wear on her face as if the customers work for dominos

I called there to buy a pizza, a lady picked up the phone , she said Hello and while I’m ordering she just put me on hold without tell me hold on. I drove there with my phone on hold instill I personally ordered in the front.
The funny thing about it, When I get there she told me don’t you see me busy ? That is disgusting!
