On Wednesday, February 26, 2025, I came for lunch. I got 2 sandwiches, a regular and a mini. The sandwiches are always delicious. They offer discounts for Hofstra and Nassau students. Potentially higher discounts for Hofstra because of higher tuition costs and lower acceptance rate.

I ordered a bowl but all I got was lettuce and tomatoes no meat at uniondale location. 9 hours later and still haven't received my money issued back to my account. Worst place ever. And because it was take out they thought i wouldn't notice until much later. Anyway you took my payment faster than the speed of light but over 9 hrs later still no refund. And the workers knew what they did because as soon as I returned they took the tray back from me and without looking at the order they took it straight from my hand and put it in the garbage. They didn't blink an eye which makes me wonder how many times a day they try this discetful practice. Your employees are garbage. And this shop is on the Hofstra campus. Students probably have this happen alot cause they grab their food and rush to class, no time to go back because if they go back they will be late for class

Fresh subs . I had a large #7 Turkey with American cheese as opposed to Provolone,mustard & mayo with all the trimmings. Better than Subways, but expensive. Did i enjoyed it? YUP!

I ordered 3 chicken sandwiches for the first time for my daughter, son, and myself. All three were too salty and we couldnāt eat them. Bread was heavy and we couldnāt taste whatever was inside. Overall the food was horrible.

Good tasting Philly cheese steak but not worth 20$. This is a fast food place. For this prices I'd rather go to a sport bar and get a quality Philly cheese steak.
Wasn't to happy about paying extra for meat and not receiving it. I had 2 previous orders in the same week where I ordered extra meat and received it and the sandwich was good. This time around I ordered 2 sandwiches with extra meat and it didn't look nothing like the sandwiches I've received from the previous orders. It's like I don't get the extra meat I paid for. $6 for extra meat for 2 sandwiches and not receiving it is very annoying. And I had previous sandwiches to compare to.

If you canāt comprehend or speak English you shouldnāt be working customer service , especially related to food when allergies are concerned. Get some English speakers in here. Honestly even if they donāt know English, they can at least remember the sounds of the whatā¦.10-15 total items in the store? Oh you want no pickles? Hereās a side of pickles. I already said I want a mini, make sure to ask again literally after saying āmini number 6ā and what size?ā¦.mini, Jesus Christ is the bar low, no wonder itās minimum wage for you people

Love coming here but when it's lunch time it gets busy and people come in groups and there are no tables and chairs available and I'm standing waiting for one to be available but these group people just want to talk after eating smh so now the complaint is why does this place have a long counter with no stools? Where are the stools?
