Little Caesars pizza is hot, but not ready. I waited about 5 minutes for most of my order, but 15-20 minutes for my third pizza. (I was here with multiple people.) The third pizza was supposed to be light sauce but it was heavy sauce somehow? I ordered both cheese and pepperoni crazy puffs, but only got pepperoni crazy puffs. The crazy puffs were amazing still, and the person at the desk was nice, but there was a whole odd scene happening when I went. Overall I’d say crazy puffs are a must, but the other items aren’t really worth the price and quality check isn’t great. 2.5/5

Every time I order something from there there's a problem on several occasions they never even cut it, and the last time I ordered they didn't even put any sauce on the pizza so it's just crusty cheese on top of dry bread

I ordered a steak pizza yesterday and it was good, my complaints is that when they made my pizza, they usually put the pizza in the hot area to keep it hot until I arrive. He lied saying my pizza wasn't ready know well it was ready, I figured out its a damn lie. They made my pizza and left it out so it gets cold fast. Idk why but ima go to another location.

I'm writing to express serious concerns about working conditions at this Little Caesars location I recently visited. The extreme heat, consistently over 90 degrees, poses a significant health risk to employees. I experienced immediate fogging of my glasses due to the intense heat inside. This situation demands immediate attention and investigation by the relevant authorities.

I was trying order online and when entered my payment, it’s kept saying to see restaurant employee. I waited 10 minutes to speak with the employee. I asked her if she can assist me with my order, she stated they are getting too many order that’s why mines wasn’t going through. I got to the restaurant at 810pm and didn’t leave the restaurant with my order until 8:55pm. After trying over and over again, I was finish able to get my order done. Once I got my order I asked for sauce for my cheese bread, another employee say I have to pay for it. After going through all the inconvenience, they could have gave me the sauce for free but no they charged me and didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience I was going through and NOT even wake to assist me with it. I had a promo code for the pizza and she will like I HAVE DO IT ONLINE🤦🏽♂️. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS LOCATION:0👎🏼 Their customer service is terrible. NEVER AGAIN!

My 2 items on order viz.. Plain cheese pizza and deep dish Italian bread sticks were made in the most perfect manner. Also, my order neatly packed in 2 boxes were kept in Pizza Warmer. I was impressed to see this high tech pizza warmer with coded option to open your order tray. The girl at front window was very courteous and helpful to grab my order.
Some disappointment may occur due to store's location, surroundings, and small clumsy parking lot. Yes, front space after entering the store is very small.
If they open a location in Plainview / Syosset, I think they may get more business. Not an easy decision but worth exploring.
Uber eats food, crazy bread with marinara sauce. Got no marinara sauce so obviously the bread was dry as hell and almost choked me.
