Nastiest attitude ever, idk what their issue is but I wouldn’t recommend going there if you don’t want them to spit in your food
The drive lady nasty rude horrible service I take she maybe like that because No Heat in the store when I had to go inside but that’s reason to be snappy at a paying customer. I walked right out lost a customer. Keep her there and a lot more will be lost

I can't believe this Wendy's got a remodel to fill it with horrible employees who lack customer service. They are never nice and always having conversations at the drive through so their attention isn't on the customer at the window. I stopped going because every time I got food, something was almost, always missing. If I'm already home, who wants to keep driving back when they should've paid attention the first time.I work in customer service so I understand how nasty people can be, but that's why I'm always nice to whoever is helping me. But they are just rude at vails gate Wendy's!

If I could get less than one star I absolutely would almost every single time I visit this location specifically there's a nasty attitude from one of the workers and it's absolutely ridiculous. you guys work with the public learn how to talk to people. if the elderly person in front of me had a million questions guess what answer those questions without an attitude and when you ask someone someone what they want listen more careful so we don't have to repeat ourselves most of us are on 30-minute lunch breaks y'all need to check your attitude for real, bing bong fyl
