The service is average. I feel like they should have more employees especially for the morning rush. The coffee is good but I find myself constantly having to heat it up. It's located inside a busy hospital so I expect some issues with waiting on line or longer than usual service times. Overall, normal Panera prices and good quality food and coffee.

I do like eating at Panera. However….This is my first bad experience. I ordered a breakfast sandwich and a coffee. Both were awful. After taking one bite of the sandwich and one sip of the coffee I threw them out. I decided to go back for lunch and asked the gentlemen (Cristian) who was at the register when I purchased breakfast if I could see the manager. He was very nice and called her over.
