The staff were nice, sandwich was dry and cold. High cost ingredients like meat and cheese were rationed harshly. Bread was approaching stale.

The ciabatta bread was stale. Asked for extra mayo but that didn’t happen. They didn’t bother with the oil & vinegar either. Overall terrible sandwich. I won’t be going back.

I absolutely loved The Cowboy!! Our order took longer than expected but they kept great communication! We all enjoyed our sandwiches and will absolutely be back soon! I wish we were closer but worth the travel!!

This place feels warm and welcoming and like an old school itlalian deli. It’s very clean inside. They have a lot of hand crafted unique sandwiches. 💛

I dont know somehow i dont like their sandwiches, i think they lack flavors, Several times i have ordered Grill chicken But somehow never satisfied , Its not special, infact it is less then special-- Chicken is chewy, Lack of proper salt , overalll i would rate it a BELOW AVERAGE SANDWICH
