...we celebrated by stopping off at the Village Creamery in Valhalla for an ice cream cone. They make their own there, and it's worth every penny of the price. I had a scoop of chocolate chunk salted caramel and I think it showed massive self-control that I only had one scoop. I would go out on a limb and say it's the best ice cream in the United States, but the truth is it's only the most recent home-made ice cream...

Some of the best ice cream around. Have been here a few times now and every single time they have not disappointed. their ice cream is really good and the staff there is very helpful and nice.

I actually stopped to get something to drink, but then saw that they had crêpes. I got the village crêpe which has Nutella banana and strawberry filling. It was $12 but so worth it very big lots of filling and absolutely delicious!
