Last week I went to order and they made me wait until 5 online orders were finished before they started and finished my order and still no one came inside for another 20 mins to pick up the order. I waited outside to see how long. Today I went in to order and they said they can only limit me to 1 turkey foot long. I needed 2 for my kids. Avoid at all cost...

Subway online advertised Buy 2 footlong sandwiches and get third footlong free. This Valley Cottage subway apparently never heard of this deal or just didn’t want to participate. I had looked this up minutes before going in to order lunches for three hungry workers. 3 sandwiches plus 2 lemonades were $41.91. Not a deal at all.?

Didn't have any pastrami or roast beef . Got a turkey sub and they charged me 9 bucks for this not the 5 dollar special and they only put on like 6 slices of turkey and then charged me for 2 slices of bacon. This is the valley cottage store. Rip off never ever going to get anything from any subway. If I'm going to spend $ 14.00 I'd rather go to jersey mikes

I felt like they doing me a favor. I only wanted vegetables and they left the sandwich almost empty. Cheap... Cheap... Cheap...Don't have Honey Mustard. Not a nice service. I will try never to go back.

I've eaten at probably 100 Subways in my life and never once thought about reviewing one. But I have to say, I keep coming back to the Valley Cottage one. In fact, once my wife and I were going to a Mexican restaurant near the Subway and changed our minds when we remembered how much we like the guy who runs this Subway. Nicest guy in the world, cares deeply about making a great sub, takes care in every detail, and does everything perfectly. The place is clean and pleasant and just feels like the kind of place you like, trust, and want to hang out for a while. Can't really explain it, but when we take subs to go, unwrap them at home and start chowin', it's like the most perfect dinner. To the young man who always seems to be there, thank you -- your place makes my wife and me really happy!

This place is a joke. The owner is a cheap and greedy guy and the employee follows suit. Watch out, they pretend to give you lots of veggies by digging their hand in the metal cartons, but you magically end up with itty bitty pieces of veggies when you get home or you start eating it. They are tricking you. Don't believe me? Watch how much veggies you are getting next time.
