I have not been to Applebee’s in over 10 years but today I decided to stop at the Applebee’s at Greenacres. I got to experience Natalie and Matt, the manager and I had a time.! Natalie is a great bartender and she makes a drink to perfection. Matt is a very funny manager and really makes the place happy. I NEVER go to Applebee’s, but after experiencing this Applebee’s, I will go again.

I love coming to this Applebees! Chrystal, Nadally, Nelson and Valerie always have a smile and remember my order. They make great conversation and make me feel like family. Managers Matt and Alyssa are always so kind. They recommend new things for me to try based on what I like and it always fills me up!

On Friday July 4 evening, I wanted to do something special for my parents and I ordered a great 2 for $30 meal (8 ounce steaks with all the fixings and trimmings). I used the local delivery service to be able to provide the food for my parents, 45 minutes later Still no food. I’m alerted by a second delivery driver who was dispatched to the pick up my order, bc unbeknownst to me the manager on duty of Applebees Green Acres allowed an earlier delivery driver to steal my food without even confirming the order. The new delivery driver puts me on the phone with a manager who would not give his name and he had such an attitude and had no solution of trying to help me. The customer is always right and in this scenario, I definitely was right because he allowed my order to be taken without even being confirmed and it was a 50+ dollar order. Whatever happened to service With a smile. Not only did I not get a smile, but I was given nothing but attitude and he kept saying no no no no, I cannot do anything to help you. why are you a manager then. 🤷‍♂️ poor form Applebee’s Greenacres because I used to visit that location a lot in person and my Mother ordered from there all the time. Applebees Greenacres have just lost one family as customers.
