Applebee's Grill + Bar

We got seated at 7:55 pm we ordered and got out food at 8:10pm we made sure we told the waiter no bacon on the sandwich but the sandwich came along with mister bacon so we called on the waiter and told him about the bacon at 8:12 pm waiter left left came back 5 min later saying five more minutes about 4 times he kept on telling us 5 min so by then the time was 8:31 there was a customer next to us that saw everything and called on the manager to come over to us and ask us what happened when we told him he said he will be right back and went to the kitchen he then brought the sandwich in about 5 minutes and said to us loudly so every one that was eating could hear him saying he will pay for the sandwich just to embarrass us and left no one came after that to ask us if we were ok mind u we were very patient and did not complaint so when we were don’t eating we called on the waiter to bring the check and he screamed out loud in front of Avery one he is waiting on his manager to take off the sandwich we told him doesn’t have too we will pay for it and he just walked away all upset stating he had a long day and I had to call on another waiter to bring us a glass of soda very very poor and the manager was very very rude the waiter was Nelson

The price doesn't match food quality

Me and my mom went. We were served immediately our food came quick there was a less than 10 min wait for the table. The Christmas decor made the environment so comfortable. This was a awesome experience.

Valley stream ‘Green Acres Mall’ is the spot and Nadally baby is yo girl! One of the best bartenders I this spot. Her energy, her service and them drinks! I have no words.

I wouldn’t switch this spot for nothing. And I’m big with customer service. 💙

I wish i can give less than a star for this establishment. Unbelievable. The worst manager and staff service I ever came across. The food tasted as if was sitting outside overnight and just served to the public for the next day. They cut corners and should not be in business.
