I just went with my boyfriend and we ordered a few pretzels & a drink but every single time we asked for something new the girl at the register couldn’t be bothered to apply her customer service training. There was no “will that be all?” She was extremely rude, huffy and puffy and shouldn’t be working at the register if she’s gonna be rushing people out of the line especially if there aren’t people behind us.

Do NOT order from their app....just go there in person to avoid any mistakes with your order. Not to mention the 3rd party delivery they deal with. Items delivered are wrong and good luck with the actual delivery persons attitude. Customer service does nothing, just a generic forced apology and no real resolution. Philly Pretzel company is the way to go....avoid the missed items and better delivery experience.

One of the worst buy for my moneys worth, food was undercooked a d worst costumer service. WeOrdered online for pickup. We went 30 minutes after ordering and still the pretzels weren't ready we were told if we still wanted what we had ordered we would have to wait additional 10 minutes. Which we didn't mind but once we received the food the garlic Parmesan was just dumped on the pretzel and the jalapeño pretzel was soggy. Truly disappointed.

Went to Green Acres Mall while I was waiting for my car to be serviced at the Toyota dealer next door. Nothing really interested me in the food court, lines were too long and disorderly. I went downstairs and came across this Aunt Annie's. They didn't have any almond pretzels left but the lady was kind enough to start up a fresh batch. I went to shop around Century 21 and by the time I came out she had the pretzels hot and ready. Great customer service!

Why why is it here? I am trying so hard to work on my diet lately lol. I am sorry but the pretzels are too good. And as such they I simply cant walk by it and not buying one. They are simply too good. So be careful, it is addictive, it taste great, and you might find yourself coming back for more before you even know it.

The pretzels here are always pretty tasty have been coming to just this place for years, there's others in the mall but they don't quite taste as good...awsome place the kids working here are usually pretty friendly...will continue to come as I've been doing for the last few years
