Firstly they over charge like crazy for a bagel toasted with tuna and Arizona came out to 12 dollars. They are very unorganized the guy with the glasses is very unprofessional and rude Wouldn’t recommend going there would rather go next door to the pizza place.

Ordered from Uber Eats. I made notes that didn't appear in the order, like toasted egg flavored bagels that came as plain and untoasted. I ordered light veggie tuna on a bagel, got regular tuna salad, no veg. Bagels were dense and hard. I ordered a sandwich for my son, said no Russian dressing and please add lettuce and tomato. Sandwich came covered in Russian dressing, no lettuce or tomato. Bacon said 3 strips per order, I ordered two orders of bacon. One packet with 4 pieces came, and one of those pieces wasn't even a whole piece.

I have given this bagel shop multiple chances mostly due to the proximity to my job but each time, I have felt unsatisfied. First, for a place with the name “Express” in it, they are extremely slow in getting orders out. This is mostly due to a language barrier - many mistakes, re-do’s, etc. Second, they are over priced for the service and quality of food offered. Not all bagels are fresh, the cheese danish was beyond stale and spoilt. When it is a fresh bagel, it’s pretty good. To add on to the overpriced items, the store carries a surcharge if you use a card to pay for those overpriced items. At this point, it would be a full breakfast platter at your local diner for the price of one bagel with egg and cheese and a coffee.
I really wish someone would open up a classic bagel store that is reasonably priced and moves at a NY pace.

I used this place maybe 6 times out of convenience. it's the better than no bagle store for me. I've had better bagels. I ordered chicken salad to go with my bagel and it is not good.? tried it again thinking hmm they made a mistake."""" I'm ..nope! no good. I've been spoiled by delicious bagels from Jewish own bake shops as ND will go out of my way for a bagle there. Now, today, I'm writing this review because of the rudeness of a female employee there. I noted that several times, she seemed to have an attitude when taking my order. I paid it no mind until today. The line had maybe 8 people waiting, no problem..it was my turn to order. She proceeded to face me and just look at me. Not can I help you or Hi, what's your order. Nothing. Just staring at me. So I said, are you ready? She responds Are You Ready, (attitude), no smilevstone face. Again, I said, "Are you ready. Proceeded to give her my order. And she began to fill the order. When it was time to pay, she was stoned face . My instincts tell me she is one of several things, racist, resentful, or jealous. It's not my fault she's can't get a better job and working in a small local deli, probably making min. wage or less. I have no mercy for her because of her rudeness . I want the owner to see this review. Make some changes. Retrain her employee. By the way, if people find this food great! is because they have not experienced a good quality deli... I have a friend who is handicapped and this is where they like to order their bagles, so I will be going back.. Hopefully, I will not have to embarrass her, now that I have her attitude number...?

Smells terrible! There’s a terrible leak over the air conditioner .. My eggs were well done. Not over easy. Bagel is okay lady is really nice the man looks tired.. just not a good atmosphere.. no standing room and the ac on blows in one spot.

i was greeted by a nice spanish-speaking lady. i told her i wanted a peanut butter and sesame bagel with a yoohoo. the bagel was warm and delicious.

There has been times when I call in my order to pick up and they forgot to start my order or it’s a slightly long wait but when I walk in the store is busy which is understandable. Today I called in my order 20 mins in advance and walked into an empty store. No one was on the grill or preparing an order so when i asked for my order they all looked confused. One lady then remembered i called and made a forgetful facial expression as if she made a mistake. Instead of them apologizing, she picks up an egg as if she about to make it now. I told them no thank you and walked out.

There has been times when I call in my order to pick up and they forgot to start my order or it’s a slightly long wait but when I walk in the store is busy which is understandable. Today I called in my order 20 mins in advance and walked into an empty store. No one was on the grill or preparing an order so when i asked for my order they all looked confused. One lady then remembered i called and made a forgetful facial expression as if she made a mistake. Instead of them apologizing, she picks up an egg as if she about to make it now.
