I’ve come here multiples times. But this time was definitely my last time supporting them. There has been times when I call in my order to pick up and they forgot to start my order or it’s a slightly long wait but when I walk in the store is busy which is understandable. Today I called in my order 20 mins in advance and walked into an empty store. No one was on the grill or preparing an order so when i asked for my order they all looked confused. One lady then remembered i called and made a forgetful facial expression as if she made a mistake. Instead of them apologizing, she picks up an egg as if she about to make it now. I told them no thank you and walked out.
Best bagel spot in Valley Streams . Bagels are always fresh. Owner is amazing. . I love this bagel store .

Waited over 1/2 an hour for a BEC and a plane toasted bagel. Couldn't wait anymore when I noticed the people who ordered after me get their food! Horrible service the guy at the register has no kind of customer service skillsWhat so ever! Walking around like we were bothering him! Woman at the grill have no experience. Place used to be good!

Order aCinnamon raisin bagel with whitefish salad. There was barely any white fish on it and the bagel was hard and chewy not worth a second chance at this place for nine bucks for the sandwiches.

although the food is amazing and the owner is great , the ladies there over charges me for the last 3 visits. everytime I go there the same sandwich costs a different price and once I bought it to the owners attention and he said he handle it but still hasn't and now when I walk in the ladies are mean and do not greet me any moreand I'm scared to let them make my favorite sandwich when the owner is not there . I'm truly sad because I've been coming here for 4 years and this is the best bagel spot in valley stream.

Just paid 20 bucks for a stale bagel (plain m everything bagel) egg white sandwich and 16oz watery coffee. Service was awful.If your prices are gonna be that high your food /service can't be terrible. Can't fail at all 3.Avoid this place at all costs.
I ordered the skirt steak platter and it was amazing , the steak on point (SO TENDER) the home style potatoes were well seasoned and the eggs sunny side up so yummy. Also the delivery person was very nice so can’t go wrong with good food and good customer service. Highly recommend it

The bagels are pathetically small. Butter on a plain bagel is $3.40. Didn't even bother ordering. There's a dunkin donuts that makes better sized bagels a few stores down.

Not sure why the rating is low. Actually pretty good bagels. Sausage egg and cheese bagel was perfect. Bagel was toasted, sausage was juicy and cooked just right, cheese melted, and eggs weren’t over cooked either
