Tried to order a cake today and the bakery employee who attempted to assist me was rude and also wiped his runny nose ON HIS GLOVE and there was a string of snot running down his face. Needless to say, will be ordering my cake from somewhere else.

I don't know why they have a number listed for bakery if the bakery department pick-up then hangs up the phone and just never pick up when you call back. Terrible behavior, lack of customer service. This is why AI is taking over your jobs; wanna act like robots, might as well just hire robots.

The food was pretty good but the service was horrendous. The only thing that came quickly was the check. Will not go back anytime soon.

The Store manager seems more bent to hire people that don't speak our langage, then the customers, in need of assistance need!

One line for all customers, I only have 3 items and I have to wait with everyone else who have a 20+ items????? What happened to express checkout??? Whoever came up with this idea is an idiot and the Manager should have been smarter. Stupid idiots working here clearly.

Do Not Shop in BJs Valley Stream. A lot of the employees do not wear their face masks. They just have them hanging around their neck. Even worse some employees do not even have face masks. They just DISRESPECTFULLY walk around without it, potentially spreading the virus. I saw en employee that was at the supervisor desk with her face mask off. I told her to put it on and she really got nasty with me. I informed the supervisor Judith that employees should wear their face masks for customer safety but she got really annoyed at me and did nothing to tell the employee to wear her mask over her face. Don't go here. It is too risky.

I was there today for a groceries run for my family, 2 different households, and I MUST SAY I was so impressed to the organization that was displayed in and out of the store. The employees were awesome. Considering the pandemic, it was awesome going to the BJ's Club in Valley Stream. BJ's your staff displayed great customer service skills topped with extraordinary organization. The young lady that was moving the customers in an orderly and respectful fashion to the registers deserve high kudos! I did not get her name, she was wearing a leopard print head covering; this young lady deserves recognition for the work that she did this morning. A trip to BJ's was a very pleasant one in spite of the pandemic. Thank you for a very pleasant experience!
