If you're ready for your adolescent or teenager to dip their toe in the pool of entrepreneurs, but they a box of chocolate and see if they can flip it at school. The warehouse itself is clean and organized. Seldomly out of stock and quick online pickup (although I've received incorrect items in the past )

I do not recommend shopping at this location but I do recommend the pickup service! I'm not a fan of the limited options of items compared to other BJ's but I'm not going to cry about it lol.

Been on the phone for at least 45 mins for someone to answer. They sold spoiled meat. As you open the package the house is filled with this horrific odor or rancid meat!

This location is the absolute worst. VERY high traffic customer base but absolutely no staff/infrastructure to support all this. Self checkout area is not expansive enough and people don't know how to properly scan items. Customer service is just not there to relieve these long lines which is a constant problem.

I don't know why they have a number listed for bakery if the bakery department pick-up then hangs up the phone and just never pick up when you call back. Terrible behavior, lack of customer service. This is why AI is taking over your jobs; wanna act like robots, might as well just hire robots.

I don't like to shop this location due to having extremely high traffic in-store at all times. However, this location has the BEST online customer pickup processes of all shop online pickup in-store companies that I frequent. Akeem's client service is a major factor in my 5-star rating. He's consistently professional, and friendly., Ameem always goes above and beyond to ensure client satisfaction. He greets me with a smile, places my items in my desired location with care, goes over my receipt to ensure accuracy, and kindly reminds me of a survey to provide feedback regarding my experience. Ameem client service skills are genuine and unique. He consistently hits the mark. Thanks, Akeem!

The food was pretty good but the service was horrendous. The only thing that came quickly was the check. Will not go back anytime soon.

I don't know what they have a phone for they store itself or any departments never answer their phones. Workers spend more time on there personal phones that anything. So unprofessional how did must of these people get hired. Deli worker never wanna change there gloves in between customer or even meats vs cheese. These store needs corporate offices to pay a visit.

I am not from this part of town but i came here to go shopping with my friend. I am disabled and walk with a cane. My friend suffers from back pain and we used the mobile carts.. we was enjoying our self's going shopping and we asked the cashier could we bring the movile carts out to the parking lot while i wait for my access-a-ride to make it easier.. Anyways we was not only harassed by security but he also got very aggressive told me and my friend that we arent disabled that we should get our lazy asses up and walk.. he was watching us the whole time in the store (following us around). I am not sure if it was a race thing with this older gentleman or what but he got in me and my friends face, yelling, spitting and tormenting us.. i put in an complaint today but this is not okay and no one should be treated how he did us.. the disabled people have our own ada laws.. and he violated them. In the store the lines was extra long, nearly to the freezer aisle, nearly all the mobile carts was dead or half dead. I could barely find a worker when trying to ask for help in electronics

The people working in the deli department need some training on how to cut cold cuts! When I ask for it to be cut thin I don't expect to receive a quarter inch slab of meat per slice! Is it that difficult to cut meat? Don't get me started on the attitudes either! Don't like your job or if it's beyond your capabilities go find another job or go sell pencils by the subway!

Out of a 6 item order, 3 were wrong. Bad quality in what was delivered. If I order Cuban bread and they deliver Italian bread can I even complain about the quality? I suppose the door dash shopper in the main problem. The pricing wasn't especially good either.
